We've implemented a couple of new emails and changed the rules a little for the Birthday Reminder emails too. New skins.
We've had such positive feedback about the birthday reminders we thought it was about time we implemented anniversary reminders too.
While doing this we realized that we were not sending birthday reminders for placeholders on member's family trees or in their households, so we've increased the scope a little and will be sending a few more birthday reminders as a result.
Hopefully you're not completely depending on us as you're only way of remembering your loved one's birthdays at this point :)
As always if you get a reminder you didn't expect, or didn't get one you did expect, please let us know and we'll look into it. We noticed a few initial problems with these changes - some birthday reminders were sent to the people whose birthday is coming up, and some reminders were labelled as "first" when only one reminder had been selected. We think these are both fixed, but will keep an eye on this for the next few days.
